Roles and responsibilities

Data mapping from the booking packing list for booking and from the final packing list into the planning chart for Invoice creation & tracking

E-Booking submission in forwarder's/buyer's portal and booking amendment (Qty, Ctns, volume or handover date revision).

Tax Invoice creation in the Spandan as per the final packing list and checking the PO price, address, etc

Commercial Invoice creation and supporting documents preparation

Commercial documents uploaded in the forwarder/buyer's portal or hard copy documents submission (courier to the buyer/buying office or forwarder office).
