Housekeeping Manager - Delhi (Residential Property)

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping personnel
• Create and manage work schedules to ensure coverage of all required areas.
• Ensure that all public areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, common rooms) and residential units are cleaned according to company standards.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure cleanliness and orderliness are consistently maintained.
• Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked as needed.
• Orientate, develop and supervise of all supervisory/housekeeping staff under the span of control.
• Regularly inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the facility; recommend painting, repairs and furnishings.
• Supervise the relocation and storage of all furnishings and equipment as well as the relocation of space to improve the sanitation and appearance of the facility.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate with members of other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Desired Profile

Experience in managing housekeeping operations in a residential property is required.
