ICU Registrar at SAL Hospital, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately.
  
• Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency care as needed.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies regarding patient privacy.

• To assist ICU procedure like CPR. ACLS, Central Line, Endotracheal Intubations and Management of Ventilator etc. along with Senior Registrars.

• To facilitate special consents like Anesthesia / surgical and other intervention procedures by the respective consultants of the department.

• To be on rounds with ICU consultant & fill daily round sheet.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in ICU
  
• Strong foundation in MD Medicine (preferred) with expertise in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
