Reviewing and interpreting prescription ordersPreparing and dispensing medicationsAdvising patients on the safe and effective use of their medications, including potential side effects and interactionsMonitoring patients for adverse reactions and ensuring that any necessary changes to their medication regimen are made in a timely mannerKeeping accurate and up-to-date records of patients' medication history and any adverse reactionsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patientsStaying current on developments in the field of pharmacology and medication therapy
