What you will do:

• Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team, division and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues
• Align dedicated and shared resources cross-functionally to optimize to ensure achievement of business results, acquire and develop middle to junior level resources as needed
• Manage pipeline for HW design, development testing of multiple projects
• Contribute to absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods by making them part of own teams delivery
• Compliance to Quality Management System and Design Controls

What you need:

Required

• Educational Requirement of B Tech / BS or equivalent
• 10 - 14 years of solid experience in analog, digital and power circuit designing
• 7 years of experience in PCB design development process and associated tools functional verification
• Strong Knowledge of Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based circuits design development tools bringing up board
• Good understanding of Product Security domain and associated tools used in hardware penetration testing.
• Strong board level troubleshooting skills and understanding of hardware-software interaction
• Familiar with Embedded Systems / Products verification / validation
• Hands on experience with lab equipment like DSO, Logic analyzer, Function generator, etc.
• Well versed with writing test plans and test cases document and exposure to test management tools
• Authoring and reviewing the product documents and maintaining Quality standards

• Ms qualification preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Should be Goal oriented with a strong sense of responsibility ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience of working with multi-tiered software application Design Development
• Experience with HW Simulation software
• Knowledge MATLAB
• Hands on testing experience in EMC / EMI
• Familiarity with Medical standards FDA requirements are plus
• Understanding / Experience of Medical Device Domain
• Experience working with other cross-functional and architecture teams across locations to ensure product architectures conform to the core technology strategy, including technology selection, use of common platform infrastructure
