Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead product and sample development to meet client specifications
- Supervises and ensures the standards and quality control are continuously upheld
- Review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution
- Support Merchandisers for sampling and production schedules
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduated from university with about 3-5 years of working experience and 1 year experience as a group leader
- Good communication skills in both written and speaking in English
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business, or a related area.
- Experienced in cut and sew garment manufacturing
- Experienced in driving sales by utilizing efficient product placement and presentation.
- Strong visual merchandising skills.
