Role & Responsibilities :

• Source and recruit candidates for roles in scaffolding, roofing, rope access, and other industrial access fields
• Preference would be given toi experience in bulk hiring of blue collars speciafically in roof sheeting and rope access solutions
• Build and maintain a strong databank
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand hiring needs
• Post job ads, manage applications, and schedule interviews
• Stay updated with industry trends and safety certifications like IRATA
