Job Description:

Product Management:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our logistics platform.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our logistic operations' efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Own the product backlog and prioritize needs based on changing requirements, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Oversee the development stages, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure successful execution of product strategies.

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product functionalities and requirements.

- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify enhancements to existing solutions or opportunities for new product offerings.

- Lead sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and demos to drive the agile development process.

- Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

- Ensure the product meets high standards of reliability and usability.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in the logistics or tech industry.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

- Experience with logistics software or platforms is highly desirable
