Client Quote and Offer Coordinator

As a Client Quote and Offer Coordinator at SF MARINE OFFSHORE AND INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY you will be responsible for the following:

Preparing quotes for clients based on RFQs (Requests for Quotation) received.
Sourcing various products and services as per client requirements.
Submitting well-structured offers to clients within specified timelines.
Utilizing basic MS Office skills to maintain accurate records and documents.
Utilizing your negotiation skills to ensure the best possible terms for both our clients and our company.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A semi-technical background with an advantage if you have experience in the marine industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing products and services, especially in the marine sector.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
