We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and reliability of our customer portal. This role requires a strong understanding of business functionalities, excellent testing skills using Selenium for web application testing, and proficiency in testing APIs using Postman.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Understand and analyze business requirements and user stories related to the customer portal. Create and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure all functionalities meet business needs. Identify and report defects with clear, concise documentation. Automated Testing with Selenium: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web application testing. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report any failures. Continuously enhance and optimize test scripts for efficiency and maintainability. Conduct API testing using Postman to validate data exchanges and integrations. Write API test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of APIs. Collaborate with developers to resolve API-related issues. Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities. Maintain a regression test suite and automate recurring regression tests where applicable. Document test cases, test results, and any issues discovered during testing. Create and maintain test plans and test strategy documentation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing priorities and requirements. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
COMPETENCIES
Programming Knowledge: Ideally C#. Good knowledge with tools like Selenium. Analytical Skills Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying inconsistencies and bugs. Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate and improve testing processes. Business Acumen Understanding Business Rules: Deep knowledge of the business logic and rules governing the application. Requirement Analysis: Ability to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 years of proven experience in functional testing of web applications, understanding business pro-cesses, and translating them into test cases. Proficiency in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and scripting languages (e.g., C#, ). Excellent experience in API testing with tools like Postman, understanding RESTful APIs and JSON. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
