Liability Underwriter - General Insurance (5-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Extensive Knowledge of all Liability Products

- Ability to work on large submissions & ensuring conversion with MNCs brokers

- Ability to Create pre-underwritten products for Retail team & ensure IT Integration for same

- Product development and experience in product filing for Liability products, pricing with actuary.

- Comparison of wordings in the market and identifying USP of our product

- Liasoning with reinsurance team for facultative proposals

- More than 5 years of experience

- Management graduate/NIA pass out

- Cyber certifications would be an additional benefit

- Training of Sales Team

- Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Lines

- Client's Meeting for business Materialization

- Preparing submissions including risk analysis, understanding of the client's business, Organization structure and listing of risk exposures

- Policy analysis & comparison with other policies in the market

- Good Communication Skills

- Interactions with Brokers, Agents & Clients.

- Managing operations including scrutiny of policy wording

- Ability to execute IT Projects which help in atomization of accounts

- Handling P&L for the region and ability to convert large deals and achieve Liability targets
