As a Product Manager on the ServiceNow Workplace Delivery team, youll be at the helm of shaping innovative solutions that redefine how organizations manage and optimize their workspaces. Product Strategy

• Balance feature innovation with technical feasibility and resource constraints to maximize impact.

Customer & Industry Engagement

• Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their pain points, needs, and feedback.

• Engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to validate concepts and refine solutions.

• Build strong relationships with industry thought leaders and stakeholders to stay ahead of workplace trends.

• Represent ServiceNow Workplace Delivery at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to innovation.
