Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB).
- Hands-on experience in at least two additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITBM.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or similar web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules.
- CAD
