Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow tool set and Inbound and Outbound Integrations with related systems.
Knowledge and some hands-on experience on Service-Now customized coding with Client Scripts, Business rules, UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services and all other available coding techniques in Service-Now.
Experience in troubleshoot & debug ServiceNow's ACLs, Client and server Side scripts.
Good understanding of the Infrastructure & Networking.
Analyze client environment current state, maturity and complexities, and advise on best practice solutions.
Participate in internal or customer meetings as required adding value where and when required.
Good communication, written and documentation skills to gather requirements from customers, process owners and end users
