The sDMO is comprised of Technical Architects and Program Managers, offering a full spectrum of implementation and delivery support for projects of various size and scope. You will also work closely with the extended PTC ecosystem including SO&S, Product Management, the Customer Success organization, R&D, and Technical Support to ensure proper scope, resources, and dependencies are being defined and developed properly.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities :
Collaborate with sales, partners and customers on the development of qualified proposals and SOW s
Ensure project teams are properly mobilized and structured for successful delivery
Delegate tasks and provide direction to multiple project managers
Monitor and support multiple projects and project teams to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
Coordinate with the PTC ecosystem to resolve complex project issues to avoid impeding progress
Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
Support the development of a detailed integrated project plan
Ensure changes to the project scope, schedule and costs leverage appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
Ensure the conversion process is followed and meets quality standards
Requirements:
Proven customer-facing project management experience of SaaS Implementations
Strong leadership, escalation managment and problem solving skills
Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies
Bachelor s degree and 5+ years of Program Management experience
Availability to travel up to 15% time, including overnight and international travel
Experience with PLM implementations and PMP certification are a plus
