Job Description
1. 5-7 years experience in Service industry ( Industrial equipment / SPMs).
2. He should be able to handle team of Service technicians ( 8-10)
3. Candidate should have good knowledge working experience in maintenance/ AMCs
4. Basic technical/engineering acumen is essential to understand service issues related to machines sold / service machines operated at customers.
5. Experience in servicing industrial equipment /experience of carrying out outsourcing activities in largescale organisations.
6. The person should be able to head Customer outsourced activities manage service site for all locations (PAN India)
7. Person should be able to prepare proposals with technical specifications for service projects negotiate.
8. The person should be able to control/monitor all expenses for service technicians.
