Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a male Service Engineer with an electronics background to provide technical support and service for our products. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, possess problem-solving skills, and be willing to travel extensively. This role involves on-site support, on-call support, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call technical support to customers for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Perform on-site service and maintenance of products as required.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic equipment.
• Handle technical queries and provide solutions to clients' problems.
• Ensure timely response to customer calls and service requests.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback on product performance.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Male candidate with a background in Electronics (Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related field).
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support.
• Ability to work on-call and manage time efficiently.
• Must possess a vehicle for travel to customer sites.
• Technically sound with a strong understanding of electronics systems and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a service engineer role within a manufacturing or electronics company.
• Knowledge of the latest tools and equipment used in electronics servicing.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
