Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with existing installations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer feedback.
  
• Provide after-sales service support to customers for industrial equipment and machinery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field (service engineering).
  
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment/machinery operation principles and maintenance practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
