Service Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance:
   
• Installing, calibrating, and maintaining advanced fabrication tools like 3D printers, CNC machines, and laser cutters.
• Troubleshooting and repairing technical issues promptly.
2. Customer Training & Support:
   
• Training clients and users on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Providing on-site and remote support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Maintaining detailed service records and preparing reports on installations and repairs.
• Providing feedback on equipment performance and client needs.
4. Technical Expertise:
   
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Staying updated on new technologies and tools in the prototyping domain.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience with prototyping tools and equipment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in handling fabrication tools (3D printers, CNC, laser cutters).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
• Other: Willingness to travel for on-site support and training.
