Service Engineer

• Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve regional sales and operational targets. Oversee day-to-day operations within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and lead regional teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence. Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimizing operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products based on project specifications.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and stress analyses to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and manuals.
• Conduct design reviews and implement modifications as needed based on feedback or testing results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines. Work on prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the design and production phases. Stay updated on advancements in mechanical design tools, materials, and industry trends.
