Service Engineer

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer for Audio Products is responsible for providing technical support, repair, and maintenance for a range of audio products, including speakers, amplifiers, headphones, microphones, mixers, and other audio equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that audio products meet quality and performance standards before returning to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues, set up and optimize systems.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Repair audio equipment, replace components, and maintain detailed logs.
• Installation & Setup: Assist in installing and calibrating audio systems for various environments.
• Quality Assurance: Test repaired and installed products for performance and functionality.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers about issues, repairs, and maintenance tips.
• Inventory Management: Manage spare parts, tools, and organize storage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical records and provide feedback to product teams.
• Product Testing: Evaluate and test new audio products and prototypes for improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Degree/diploma in Electronics or Audio Engineering, experience with analog/digital audio systems preferred.
