Service Engineer

RESPONSIBLITIES / DUTIES (FUNCTIONAL) :

1 ) Responsible for deliverable for Key Service Metrics - Complaint Management , MSCS within TAT .

2 ) Developing Service Infra ( Partners , SSD to deliver Service & Revenue KPI ) .

3 ) Enhancement of Revenue for this region . Increase Revenue from current levels.

4 ) Support Sales Team for enhancing business of Ion Exchange .

5 ) Risk Mitigation Stock reconciliation , indent .

6) Working at Gross root level on Field .

7 ) eager & tactful to get the work done on field .

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Computer Basic knowledge, Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge of RO and Softener Process

Candidate Should have technical knowledge related to water purifier or any consumable division service. Should be Customer oriented & zeal to serve the customer. Experience in managing cross functional team, team down the line & develop the service infra.
