Security Services Engineer

Job Description:

The Security Services Engineer focused on Identity Security Platform Transformation will own, manage, and support CyberArk s Privilege customers transition to the Identity Security Platform experience. In this role, the Security Services Engineer will collaborate with customers to kick-off their transition project, provide support in planning, manage technical activities, oversee the transition, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk s Identity Security Platform.

As a crucial part of the team overseeing the overall process, the Security Services Engineer will closely collaborate with product management, R&D, and other supporting teams to facilitate the upgrading or migration of customers to the Identity Security Platform. This collaborative effort is vital for achieving the company s goal of transitioning the entire customer base to the Identity Security Platform and expanding the adoption of CyberArks SaaS products.
