1. Job Description for Title Searcher:

Designation: Associate/Sr. Associate:(Title searcher/examiner)

Experience: 1-5 years

Shifts: Night

Transportation: Not available

1. Should have experience in Current Owner, Two owner, full search

2. Application knowledge required on any two of them- Data Trace, Data tree, Title Point, Title

View, Fiddler, Cirtrix, Landex.

3. Knowledge of Netro-online usage for searching documents is mandatory

4. Should be comfortable to work majorly in Night Shift.

5. Should know to work at least minimum of two US states.

6. Should have complete Title Search domain knowledge.

7. Good Analytical skills.

2. Job Description for Title commitment:

Experience: 1-2/2-4 years

Shifts: Night

Transportation: Not available

1. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 96% above accuracy.

2. Experience into commitment typing, abstract typing and property reports typing for the

residential properties in US.

3. Must have knowledge of documents like deed, mortgage, liens, judgements.

4. Should be aware of types of taxes applicable on buying & selling of properties.

5. Must be comfortable in working mostly in night shifts.
