Graphic Designer

Experience: 1 3 years of prior work experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute creative design concepts, including but not limited to logos, marketing

collateral, infographics, posters, banners, e-mailers, print media advertisements, digital

assets, social media graphics, and website elements

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate

them into visually appealing designs

 Ensure the consistency and integrity of our brand identity across all design projects

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design

strategies

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project

deadlines

 Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to

design guidelines

 Work collaboratively with marketers, and other team members to develop comprehensive

design solutions.

Skills Required:

 Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools

 Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects, showcasing creativity,

technical skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics

 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition

 Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt designs to different platforms and

target audiences

 Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet

deadlines
