Job Description
As a front-end developer with expertise in JavaScript, React JS, Redux, and React Native, you will collaborate and work in designing, developing, and deploying a mobile application tailored for the healthcare domain within an offshore project. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering a high-quality and user-centric healthcare solution, leveraging your front-end development skills.
Offshore Project Dynamics:
Engage directly with an offshore team in USA, aligning with IST or EST time zones based on project demands.
Embrace diverse work cultures, ensuring synchronized deliverables and proactive communication to maintain alignment with the client s vision.
Effectively navigate time zone differences to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a mobile healthcare application using React Native.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to ensure the delivery of a robust and user-friendly healthcare application.
Implement healthcare standards and compliance requirements into the application to ensure data security and regulatory adherence.
Work proficiently with a diverse tech stack, including React Native, React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the mobile application to provide a seamless user experience.
Conduct unit and integration testing to maintain code quality and application reliability.
Participate in code reviews to maintain codebase quality and consistency.
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.
Implement best practices in front-end development, including code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Work closely with the product team to understand user requirements and translate them into front-end and mobile solutions.
Technical Proficiencies:
4-6 years of experience in JavaScript, React JS, Redux, and React Native development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React ecosystem.
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of mobile app development best practices.
Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations is a plus.
Non-Technical Requirements:
Experience with Agile Scrum development processes.
Excellent teamwork, verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Be committed and take ownership of the deliverable with high-quality results.
Foster smooth communication and collaboration with offshore and onshore teams, primarily through Slack and email.

TypeScript: 2+ years
JavaScript: 2+ years
Overall Industry Experience: 4+ years
Understanding of healthcare-related technologies and standards.
