Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale project, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Drive technical discussions and decision-making for scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and security.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, devising contingency plans as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting members in achieving project goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong command of backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deliver high-value, complex technology projects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Adept at leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive results within tight deadlines.
