About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead with deep expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and big data technologies to drive strategic and technical execution for a leading international client. This role demands a strong leader who can navigate complex data ecosystems, oversee large-scale data initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery of high-impact solutions.

As a key decision-maker, you will lead high-performing teams, architect scalable data solutions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Project Leadership : Oversee the full lifecycle of data and analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

2. Strategic Data Architecture : Define and implement data strategies, leveraging Big Data, Hadoop, Snowflake, Data Lake, and AWS-based solutions to enhance business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

3. Advanced Data Processing & ETL : Optimize and manage ETL pipelines using Apache Spark, Airflow, Sqoop, and Databricks for seamless data integration and transformation.

4. Cloud & Infrastructure Management : Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring high availability and security compliance.

5. Technical Excellence & Innovation : Drive the adoption of best-in-class data engineering tools and frameworks, including Python, Hive, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.

6. Agile Execution & Risk Mitigation : Establish and oversee Agile development practices to ensure adaptability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvements.

7. Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership : Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to translate complex data challenges into impactful, business-driven solutions.

8. Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Ensure best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing to maintain system integrity and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

1. 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and cloud-based solutions, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

2. Strong expertise in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Hive, Databricks, Airflow, and AWS).

3. Proven experience with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and large-scale data processing.

4. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data warehousing solutions.

5. Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

6. Hands-on experience in BI & analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.

7. Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices.

8. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
