Job Description
- Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size;
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop the agreed solutions.
- Flow Designer & Integrations Experience is mandatory
- Telecom experience is preferable
- Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer is mandatory.
- Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal.
- 4+ years of Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integrations.
- 2+ years of Hands-on experience on Java tool.
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill.
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs.
- Working experience in Tele-Communication modules (TSM, TSOM) is an advantage
- Any CIS certification is added advantage.
