Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition Delivery & Governance.
- Enable the Organization on In Unit Recruitment Strategy and Processes for efficiency building and support the Productivity and Flexibility Drive.
- Partner with business leaders to help improve recruitment efficacy, plan and program manage multiple projects within the talent function & hiring processes.
- Work with HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps in frontline positions and build internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with TA team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
- Drive In Unit (Frontline and Exec and above) efficacies and ensuring deliveries in both TAT & Quality.
- Support in Execution of the mobilization after understanding the deployment requirements, roles and planning for the mobilization site as per the project plan.
- Utilise metrics and analytics to study past data, attrition and forecast frontline hiring.
- Publishing of timely MIS/dashboards, Reports in connection with the above.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and business's ask.
- Partner with business leaders to tackle business problems and to execute on bulk hiring requirements.
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes - process.
- Frontline Hiring / Management Hiring through Recruitment Process automation.
- Leading the resource network Strategy framework to streamline the engagement strategy with NGOs, SDAs etc and deploying at Branches.
- Establishing strategic connections with local bodies, NGOs, training partners, SDAs, local colleges to create a roadmap for immediate fulfilling of bulk hiring needs as per business requirements (chefs, pantry boys, utility staffs, housekeepers, GDAs, stewards etc.).
- Driving Internal job movement opportunities at frontline and Exec & above for unit recruitment strategy, career growth & upskilling.
