Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software solutions. You will work with other developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality products. You should have strong expertise in software development, problem-solving, and be able to mentor junior developers. A strong understanding of best practices, security, scalability, and performance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Design & Development:
• Lead the design and architecture of complex software applications and systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Code Review & Mentorship:
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on technical and career development.
• Problem Solving & Debugging:
• Identify and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
• Provide timely solutions for any critical issues impacting the software.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Suggest improvements for development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience:
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Extensive experience with [languages and technologies used, e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc.].
• Proven experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web services (RESTful APIs, microservices).

• Technical Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance testing).

• Soft Skills:
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with security best practices in software development.
• Familiarity with mobile development or cross-platform frameworks is a plus.
