Senior Software Engineer

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and manage services that are key to the AI-powered UiPath Business Automation Platform, working with a diverse range of technologies

What youll do at UiPath

• End-to-End High Quality: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable code
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Maintain operational excellence while in production
• Planning: Initiate features, drive collaborative work on feature implementations toward ultimate objectives
• Act as an area expert and influence others
• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Engineering Excellence: Help establish effective and agile engineering practices across teams, maintaining code quality, organization, and automation

What youll bring to the team

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high-level programming languages (C# with ASP
• NET Core is preferred)
• Experience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)
• Good understanding of infrastructure as code management, such as Terraform
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns
• Deep understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc), and associated time/memory complexity
• Broad understanding of your role and function within the overall business strategy, aiding in project decision-making
• Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, mentoring, and coaching peers
• Experience with CI/CD-driven production cycles

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python, especially for data analysis and AI features
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Full stack experience (front end and backend)
