Sr Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing, building and deploying enterprise applications using Java, Spring
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain to improve software performance, maintainability, and resiliency
• Identify and investigate problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement mitigating solutions
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Improve processes supporting all aspects of the software development lifecycle including source code management, testing, automation
• Participate in Hackathon Program, Hiring Drive
• Take E2E ownership of technical delivery

Qualifications - Internal

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5 to 8 years of exp. in Java (Object Oriented Programming), Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, REST and SOAP services
• Databases: RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL variants

Preferred Qualifications:

• DDD, Microservices, Event Driven & API Gateway
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/ AWS - FAAS, Messaging, Data Repository
• Operational and APM Tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk
• Knowledge or experience with at least one of the following client side Angular/ React framework/ Ruby, JS jQuery, HTML5, CSS, DOM Manipulation Node js, NPM, Ecma Script
• Solid understanding of distributed source control management systems like Git
