Job Description
- Develop and implement CSS solutions to enhance the user experience of our web applications.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to transform visual designs into interactive and responsive web pages.
- Mentor junior engineers in best practices for CSS and front-end development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CSS and front-end development, ensuring our applications are built using modern techniques.
- Optimize and refactor existing CSS code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
What Youll Bring to Maropost:
- B.E/B.Tech
- Proven experience (3+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on CSS.
- Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and pre-processing platforms such as SASS or LESS.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CSS frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Bulma.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, Alpine.js, or Angular.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
