Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Basic Cloud Service(VBCS) components, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM applications. Candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing new features and enhancements to Lowe s Oracle Cloud ERP applications. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Candidate will work closely with product managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as providing training and support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OIC integrations, OTBI/BIP reports and VBCS applications.

• Collaborate with product mangers to understand business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Develop and implement new features and enhancements.

• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.

• Provide support and maintenance of Oracle ERP/EPM applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Document technical specifications and processes.

• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.

• Develop and maintain integration solutions with other systems.

Years of Experience

• 5 - 8 Years of development experience in Oracle Cloud Integration technologies, SaaS and PaaS.

Education Qualification

• Bachelors degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).

Primary Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Projects as an integration developer/engineer with hands on development experience in Oracle Cloud ERP integration and PaaS with following SaaS integration areas: FBDI - File Based Data Import, OIC based REST Web Services, SOA Suite/ICS/OIC/ JCS/VBCS, SOAP Web Services

• Should have expertise in building integrations, Inbound to and Outbound from Oracle SaaS, with on premise or other cloud applications

• Experience in working with OIC adapters included ERP Cloud Adapter, REST/SOAP, Apache Kafka, FTP, Oracle DB etc. adapters.

• Hands on experience on developing integrations using OICS, developed reports on any one BIP, OTBI etc.

• Should have good experiences on webservices, REST APIs, SOAP to Import and Export Master/Transactional data

• Should have experience performing Data conversions using FBDI Templates

• Should have three or more project implementation experience utilizing Oracle BI Publisher and preferably on Oracle Cloud ERP which includes BICC, OTBI Reports.

• Should have experience in good software development engineering practices such as error handling, good interface design, logging and observability approaches, performance engineering practices, etc

• Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle Financials, Procurement and EPM suites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in using Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM) in transferring large files.

• In depth knowledge in Oracle cloud data models (Financials and Supply Chain) to effectively create custom Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports.

• have expertise in creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs and BIP Jobs.

• Understanding of integration architecture and tradeoff considerations of various patterns in areas of batch vs. real-time, api, guarantee delivery, messaging and/or streaming, orchestration/workflow concepts and architectures, event-based solutions, etc

• Should have expertise in creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs and BIP Jobs.

• Experience in using DevOps and Release Automation for OIC.

• Working experience with CI/CD process.

• Experience in integration of OIC with GCP or AWS or Azure is a plus.

• Ability to understand the networking and security aspects of OIC
