Job Description :

We are seeking talented and experienced React Developers to join our dynamic Technology team. As a React Developer, you will take complete ownership of the functionality of the company's multiple products, involving regular development, updates, modifications, and overall website performance.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop efficient, reusable, and reliable React components and libraries.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, and actively contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.
• Apply agile development principles to build organized and versatile code.
• Collaborate with other teams in order to successfully use our CI/CD pipeline to increase the velocity of feature deployments and robustness in the deployments.
• Document and test code to ensure the quality of the completed work requirement.
• Take ownership for problems and deliver consistently high-quality solutions.
• Design enhancements to improve efficiency and streamline the business process as well as the development process.

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience of frontend development, proficiency in React.js.
• Experience wring RESTful API endpoints using JSON.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge in NextJS will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge with application deployment on Azure / AWS / GCP.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies. Should be familiar with agile concepts like Scrum, Sprints, User Stories, etc.
• Experience with Version Control Systems like Git
