Job Description:

• Monthly sales and collection in assigned areas for the full range of decorative paints.
• Identification and appointment of dealers and distributors to deepen market penetration and obtain detailed market share.
• Analyze the sales plan, compare it to last year's baseline and implement the right sales activities to achieve the target sales.
• Monitor product sales activity and achieve sales growth/maximized volume and value growth in detail.
• Ensuring product availability at the point of dealer sale
• Ensure dealer's profitability according to the organization's policies and interests
• Creation of monthly regional monitoring reports including competitor activity.
• Need to build a strong dealer network and meet aggressive sales targets
• Communication of dealer offtake schemes
• Dealer account reconciliation

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive travelling and local geographical awareness
