Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers.
- Strengthen retailer engagement to improve brand visibility and sales growth.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and refine sales strategies.
Execution & Compliance
- Conduct market visits to gather competitive intelligence and insights.
- Implement trade promotions, marketing campaigns, and distributor incentive programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, credit management, and distribution.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
People & Stakeholder Management
- Train and support distributor sales teams to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for effective sales execution.
- Address distributor and retailer concerns to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales and distribution (Innerwear, FMCG, Telecom).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales automation.
- Mobility: Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
