Role & responsibilities

Objectives of the function

• To achieve sales target
• To provide techno commercial solution to customer
• To build a rapport with Developers, Architects, Consultants.
• Systematic project management
• To provide reliable maintenance engineers.

Responsibilities

• Attending Client requirements
• Providing techno commercial solution to the client
• Studying tender documents, listing out deviations if any and visiting site taking measurements required to quote.
• Providing techno commercial offer to Clients.
• If project calls for conducting traffic analysis then gathering all required information from client /architects/Consultants and analysing it.
• Follow-ups with client /architects/Consultants for which we have offered our quote.
• Convincing clients with our product and cost which will suffice there requirements.
• Negotiation with Client for technical and commercial, contractual commitments.
• Preparation of final contact for approval from the client.
• Rising BG,PBG, EMD request if it is required in tender .
• Preparing documents which are required to book the order as well as for preparation of General arrangement of drawing (GAD)
• Getting approval of General arrangement of drawing (GAD) and from client /architects/Consultants
• Coordinating and supporting other various departments to compile and finish the job as committed to client with systematic project management.
