Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 recruiters in designated areas.
- Execute bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers, Sorters, Loaders, and Unloaders in Warehouses, Dark Stores, and Hyperlocal Stores.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client workforce needs.
- Collaborate with warehouse clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure daily travel within the city for recruitment drives and client interactions (two-wheeler required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead (TL) or 2+ years as a Senior Recruiter in bulk hiring.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse staffing and bulk recruitment.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for daily in-city travel.
