Senior Quality Engineer

Ideal candidate we are looking for is one with 5-6 years of experience.

• Strong expertise in statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation.
• Extensive experience in developing, recalibrating, and deploying various types of process performance models like MultiVariate Regression, Logistic Regression, Time Series and performance baselines.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with implementing CMMI for Dev V 2.0 OR 3.0 Maturity Level 4 and Level 5 activities.
• Good understanding of performing root cause analysis using statistical analysis techniques and methods and identifying improvements
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational processes against CMMI standards.
• Analyse process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Good hands on experience in deploying CMMI Level 4 and Level 5 practices in projects
• Good understanding about differences between CMMI V 2.0 vs CMMI V3.0 for Dev
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on CMMI practices and process improvements.
• Good Knowledge on CMMI, Agile and Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) methodologies .
• Hands- on experience in process definition & implementation of Software processes .
• Knowledge on different process frameworks and standards like ISO 9001, ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, Cyber security standards (IEC/ISO) & 27001 & Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate CMMI practices into project plans and deliverables.
• Strong expertise in performing audits to ensure processes and practices comply with CMMI standards and organizational policies.
• Ensure project releases are executed according to plan and verified for adherence to process compliance.
• Good understanding of Project Management tools, PLM tools
