Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing and a passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Job Responsibilities
Design and implement automated testing frameworks to facilitate efficient testing processes. - Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, SpecFlow
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases/ test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in the testing process.
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful feedback to stakeholders
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent testing during the development lifecycle
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools and technologies in test.
Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years Software QA Experience with 6+ years using automation tools
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Continuous integration and Continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and BDD is a plus
- Certification in Software Testing or Test Automation is a plus
Computer Skills: - Programming Languages: Proficiency in any of the languages like C#, Java, python,
- Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Selenium, NUnit, Appium, SpecFlow
- Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools for code management.
- Knowledge of database concepts for a SQL or NoSQL database.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience QA-Automation testing, Selenium, Appium, TestNG
