JD 1. Knowledge of Purchase process, Manufacturing process
2. Convert PRs into POs
3. Co-ordinate with Stores for GRPO Preparation
4. Co-ordination with IQC for Acceptance of items

6. Co-ordinate with Accounts for the timely payments

8. Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

10. Able to co-ordinate with Sourcing Team and implement the changes effectively
11. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
12. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
13. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
