As a Project Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for our clients.

This includes project planning, resource planning, client management, and ensuring timely and successful deployment of our software products.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and customers, ensuring exceptional outcomes leading to Customer Delight.

Expertise / Skills : 10-12 years into Implementation of Software (Preferably ERP).

Core Responsibilities :

Project Planning :

- Develop detailed project implementation plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Establish milestones and performance metrics to monitor progress.

Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with the delivered solution.

Project Execution :

- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to project plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance, and support to ensure project success.

Risk Management :

- Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proactively address issues to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.

Project Sign off :

- Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth software adoption.

- Provide comprehensive documentation and handover to support teams.

- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.

- Address post-implementation issues and complete project closure.

Reporting :

- Share progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate details :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in project management or software implementation.

- International experience required.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Proficient in project management tools.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate / Post Graduate.

- PMP Certified.
