Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling of new project procurements, technical negotiations and their timely completion.

2. Evaluating new machines / equipments based on requirements, improvising process with increased outputs and enhanced compliance.

3. Coordination with CFT’s for project related activities, compliances and execution.

4. Responsible for performing DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ for the equipment’s in FP.

5. Responsible for preparation and review of URS and Risk assessments for equipment’s and process as per defined procedure.

6. Preparation, review of relevant all the FP documents related to Projects, Equipments and Facilities.

7. Execution of preventive maintenance plan for equipment’s in coordination with Engineering and QA departments.

8. Training operators in handling of all the equipment’s in the department.

9. Maintaining documents as per regulatory and cGMP norms.

10. Reporting all the activities, incidents and problems to reporting officer – Finished Product.

11. Responsible to attend all training programs, SOP’s and cGMP trainings.

12. Training of team members by conducting regular training programs for individuals in respective areas.
