Job Description

As a Senior Process Associate (US Medical Billing), you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing the end-to-end billing process. Your analytical acumen and attention to detail will ensure timely claim submissions, accurate reconciliation of billing data, and proactive resolution of discrepancies. Your role will directly impact revenue cycle management, operational efficiency, and compliance with US healthcare billing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Claim Submission Prepare and submit accurate billing claims to Kaiser and non-Kaiser insurance providers.
Financial Reconciliation Cross-check and reconcile visits, payroll, and billed claims for financial accuracy.
Profit Analysis Analyze billing trends against payroll data to identify cost efficiencies and revenue insights.
Aging Visit Management Ensure timely processing and submission of aged claims to prevent revenue loss.
Process Improvement & Escalations Identify errors in billing processes and escalate issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
Payroll Invoice Follow-ups Collaborate with agency partners for payroll invoice verification and approvals.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor s degree.
Technical Skills: Basic Excel knowledge is a must; WellSky software experience preferred.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in US Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO is an added advantage.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.
Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work Timings: Work from our office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum.
