Job Description
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega-based solutions.
- Lead the design and architecture of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement Pega application frameworks, leveraging reusable components and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills in Pega development and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of Pega solutions within budget and scope.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Pega applications in production.
Requirements :
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Pega system architecture, design, and development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Pega technologies, including Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Platform, and Pega Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Pega application design principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with full lifecycle Pega implementation projects, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
