Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain advanced network solutions ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Oversee the configuration and administration of firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.

- Monitor and troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

- Develop and enforce network security protocols to safeguard company data and infrastructure.

- Lead network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs and align network strategies with business goals.

- Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning for the network.

- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise-level network equipment (e.g , Cisco,.Juniper, Fortinet).

- Expertise in network protocols (e.g , TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and troubleshooting tools.

- Solid understanding of network security practices, including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.

- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN technologies is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
