Job Description
- To act as the Navigator for contact center CCU as the source of information to the management
- To gather, compile, produce and analyze the data for the effective running of contact center and present the same to the unit head for evaluation and decision making.
- Ensure ALL daily, weekly monthly reports to support the analysis complaints.
- Prepare monthly Dashboards, calls and Complaints analysis for business units from CRM.
- Broad knowledge of all Retail banking products and processes.
- Excellent communication ability to work with teams to drive common objectives.
- Strong analytical and decision making abilities enabling effective resolution of complex problems.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in banking in the areas of customer service / operations.
- Detail orientation and analytical capabilities - credibility and objectivity.
- High level of analytical, report writing, presentation and PC skills.
- Experience with databases with fair knowledge of data warehousing concepts, application and complexity.
- Orientation of banking application structures and designs.
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as MS Office Professional, SQL and Business Object (DSS tool), Voice Recording applications.
- To generate, compile, produce and analyze the data for the effective running of and present the same to the unit head for evaluation and decision making.
- Ensure daily, weekly monthly MIS dashboards, reports to support the analysis of complaints.
- To evaluate and analyses trends to support units call trends
- Manage end to end workflow by ensuring all business units effectively use CRM as the single mode of operation .
- To produce data with analysis on Resource Management and productivity. Data to manage the annual leaves, absenteeism and other critical factors such as available head count and part time staff.
- Prepare monthly Dashboards, Complaints analysis for business units from CRM
- To continuously monitor performance indicators and capacity plans in order to achieve optimal performance.
- Special studies (what-if scenarios and sensitivity analysis) for strategic planning process and business development for segment strategy formulation.
