TheSqua.re - Senior Manager - Finance - CA (10-20 yrs)

Desired Candidate:

- Must be CA qualified.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

- Candidate should be willing to work in UK shift (1 to 11 PM Indian Standard Time).

- Should have UK or any other international accounting experience.

- Should be from hospitality, hotel or international real estate industry ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking care of statutory filings/compliance of UK group companies.

- Someone who can front to back publish a mid-sized 50-100 Cr company P& L & Balance sheet, manage a team of 5-6 team members.

- Provide necessary support for Month End Activities, analytical review of income statement, balance sheet reconciliation, preparation of financial statements etc.

- Has handled a loan / dealt with bank, or an external investor.

- Addressing any ad hoc request from the management.

- Providing the financial data for weekly management call.

- Cost Control & Optimization.

- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office and Apartments infrastructure and facilities.

- Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance.
